This is further enhanced by the acquisition of CAPITANIO AIRPUMPS, a company with over 45 years of specialization in the production of air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps and piston pumps. With this important milestone our know-how has been strengthen even more with a technological and innovative range of products.

Products made by PCHEM are designed to be robust and durable.

- NO precarious solutions adopted in order to economise, such as self-tapping screws, metals subject to oxidation, etc.
Original spare parts
The parts that make up our products are the result of a constant, substantial research and development process involving simulation, testing and verification. All our experience as fluid processing device manufacturers is employed in continuous technical improvement.
The pump can be properly maintained only by using original spare parts.
Using NON-ORIGINAL parts will void the warranty, and may also compromise the operation of the product and of the entire production process in which the product is installed, resulting in risks, which may even be safety-related.
Products designed for maintainability
Component wear is an intrinsic factor in all machines due to use and time.
PCHEM products are created to be maintainable. PCHEM does not make disposable products. Every component is in stock as a spare part.
